EU owns your driving license

No link on this one, sorry I tried to find it on the BBC website but it appears that they prefer not to remember this story. The Six O'clock News' southwest section ran a story about a woman that had decided that she did not in fact want the EU flag on her driving license. She did not drive on the continent and did not particularly like the EU, and decided that as she was English she would prefer the Union Flag on her license instead, and so covered the EU flag with a little sticker of a Union Flag. It appears that our eurocratic masters did not like this and fined her for 'defacing her license' with the flag of her country, rather than the EU.
